1. Rental Period

Standard rental is 7 days from delivery. Extensions may be requested in advance. If the container remains on site beyond the included rental period, a $15/day extended-rental fee applies until pickup.

2. Weight Limits & Overage Fees

15-yard includes 1 ton. 20-yard includes 2 tons. Once the included weight is exceeded, overage is charged at $150 per ton based on your actual weight at the disposal facility — you are charged for exactly what you weigh in at, not rounded up. By completing this booking you expressly authorize Affordable Dumpsters to charge your saved payment method for any overage fees after pickup without further action required from you.

3. Prohibited Materials

No hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, solvents, asbestos, tires, batteries, propane tanks, freon appliances, medical waste, dead animals, or illegal materials. Customer assumes full liability for prohibited materials.

4. Placement & Driveway Protection

Customer designates a safe, legal, accessible placement location. For all deliveries on private property, Affordable Dumpsters provides protective blocking and boards under the container to minimize direct contact with driveway surfaces. While we take reasonable precautions, this does not guarantee that no damage will occur to driveways, pavement, lawns, or any other surface. Affordable Dumpsters is not liable for surface damage resulting from container placement or removal. Street placement permits are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Loading

Contents must not exceed the top rail. Overloaded containers will not be transported. No burning of materials.

6. Damage

Customer is responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Access & Extended Rental

Customer must ensure clear access on pickup date. Blocked access may incur a re-pickup fee. Standard rental is 7 days — if the container is not ready by end of the rental period, $15/day applies for each additional day. By completing this booking you authorize Affordable Dumpsters to charge your saved payment method for any extended rental fees without further action required from you.

8. Payment & Card Authorization

Payment for the base rental is due at time of booking. By completing this booking, you authorize Affordable Dumpsters to securely save your payment method and charge it for any additional fees incurred including: overage fees, extended rental fees, relocation fees, and extended-area delivery fees. These charges are applied automatically after your rental is complete — you will receive an email receipt for every charge.

9. Cancellation

Cancellations 24+ hours before delivery: full refund. Within 24 hours: non-refundable.

10. Extended-Area Delivery Fee

Deliveries more than 40 and up to 100 driving miles of Oglesby, IL are subject to an extended-area delivery fee calculated server-side based on actual driving distance at $2.50 per mile over 40 miles, rounded up to the nearest $5 with a $15 minimum. This fee is displayed before payment. Deliveries beyond 100 miles are outside our standard service area and require prior approval by phone. Reduced or waived extended-area fees available for approved commercial accounts based on volume and location.

11. Liability

Affordable Dumpsters is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss from container use. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Affordable Dumpsters harmless from all claims.

12. Relocation

Once delivered, any request to relocate the container constitutes an additional service. A minimum trip charge of $75.00 applies. Relocations outside the standard service area are subject to additional charges based on distance, quoted at time of request. By completing this booking you authorize Affordable Dumpsters to charge your saved payment method for any relocation fees without further action required from you. Relocation requests are subject to scheduling availability and are not guaranteed same-day.

13. Authorization to Charge

By checking the box and completing this booking, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your payment method will be saved securely by Stripe; (b) Affordable Dumpsters is authorized to charge your saved payment method for any and all additional fees arising from your rental; (c) these charges will be applied automatically after your rental is complete without requiring any further authorization from you; and (d) you will receive an email receipt for every charge made to your payment method.
